‘26 Offseason Roster Moves
Raiders Reserve/Future Signings
“The Raiders announced they have sighed Chris Collier RB, McClendon Curtis G, Jamin Davis LB, Phillip Dorsett II WR, Treven Ma'ae DT, Joshua Miles T, Albert Okwuegbunam Jr. TE, Brenden Rice WR, Layden Robinson G, Justin Shorter WR, Laki Tasi OL, and Dalton Wagner T to reserve/futures deals.
The most notable player from that list is offensive lineman Laki Tasi. The Raiders are big on him as he is learning the game of football. Tasi is from the International Player Pathway Program. He is developing and could be a huge factor for the Silver and Black in the future. The other one is linebacker Jamin Davis. Davis is a former first-round pick by the Commanders in 2021.”

I think guaranteed #1 pick overall is worth giving the raiders a 3rd rounder for GenoXramfan wrote: Thu Jan 29, 2026 10:00 am Everybody is tradable for the right price……everybody…….except Geno. Who in the world would trade for him knowing he will be dumped?

The biggest failure for the O-line was Brennan Carroll.raider_kin wrote: Thu Jan 29, 2026 7:03 am Agree with that, also would add that the biggest O line failure in 2025 was not playing the young guys to find out what we have.

I know some folks will be wary. But I think we need to go all in this offseason. Make Pickens the highest paid receiver in the league (Franchise tag aside). Hendrickson, Jaelan Phillips, or Jonathan Franklin-Myers on defense. Linderbaum, a guard. Or two guards on the OL. The whole point of a rookie QB is spending while they're cheap. We need a massive influx in talent and this is the offseason to do it!

Yeah, HELLL NOO!! To making Pickens the highest paid WR or giving him a multi year deal even if not the highest paid. He’s a clubhouse cancer & a me first player. At this point, he’s likely only gonna do good for a year before he starts his antics again.NoThanksSir wrote: Fri Jan 30, 2026 1:13 pm

& this is coming from someone who wanted him in the draft bad. Called him being way underrated as a prospect but, he’s a head case & pure prima Donna. He’s most definitely a high risk Aiyuk type. You only sign these guys to 1yr deals on a bargain & hope they’re on their best behavior.

Yea.... I'm all for spending money while our QB is on a rookie deal, but I want no part of yet another Steelers outcast. That hasn't worked out so good for us...lol.MexicanHulk wrote: Fri Jan 30, 2026 2:44 pm Yeah, HELLL NOO!! Hendrickson and Linderbaum would be a nice way to go. Address both trenches.

Dude, are you being serious about Pickens? Surely not right? Making Pickens the highest paid WR in the league is the surest way to get staff fired. Good Lord no.NoThanksSir wrote: Fri Jan 30, 2026 1:13 pm

There’s a lesson to be learned by trading for Steelers WR’s, you don’t do it. Chuckles got burned twice. They don’t trade talented players for no good reason. Plus, if the Cowboys don’t re-sign him, that’s another red flag. Avoid him like the plague.NoThanksSir wrote: Fri Jan 30, 2026 1:13 pm

Hendrickson getting to that age of getting diminishing returns. I’m leery of him just for that. Needs to be a one year deal, imo.Rabidraider wrote: Fri Jan 30, 2026 3:09 pm Hendrickson and Linderbaum would be a nice way to go. Address both trenches.

I want no part of Pickens! NONE! No to Hendrickson either, as we've been burnt before.
I'd like to see us sign Mack back and draft a DE!
I really think there are several ways you can approach all this so it is going to be interesting who they hire and the attack plan they come up with. Knowing who's the HC and OC will start to tell some off-season answers.

He wouldn't sign for a one year deal. I believe he's 31.Oaktown Superman wrote: Fri Jan 30, 2026 3:28 pm Hendrickson getting to that age of getting diminishing returns. I’m leery of him just for that. Needs to be a one year deal, imo.

I know and he's getting to that age where the talent fades. I am a ROI type of guy, and I don't think the return will warrant the investment.Rabidraider wrote: Fri Jan 30, 2026 8:00 pm He wouldn't sign for a one year deal. I believe he's 31.

Yes, we need a bookend for Maxx. We also need a defensive coach that knows what type of players are successful in their scheme and that includes not only being physically gifted, but mentally gifted as well. I’m not a huge fan of blitzing but there is a time for it. KC was very good at it, although while they basically lived by it successfully most of the time, they also died by it in some crucial moments.GoodTimeCharlie wrote: Thu Jan 29, 2026 7:21 am IF Maxx is a Raider, I hope to goodness they FINALLY give him a f’n bookend. Raider D may not get a lot of love in this coming draft, but give him somethin’. I like the poetry of signing Mack. Right wrongs and have him retire a Raider.
As important as any of it is to bring in guys that can handle the fame, money and youth they possess to a city famous for making notoriously bad decisions, both mentally and physically gifted and are coachable with good work ethics. Players that understand if you’re not 15 minutes early, you’re late. Players that don’t think a pocket full of money is what makes you successful.
