It is the serpentine method. We wouldnt have 1st pick again until the 5th round. 4th in 2nd. 3rd in 3rd. 2nd in 4th. 1st in 5th. 4th in 6th. 3rd in 7th.

I get that, same thing in NHL draft, just asking if there is a history of actual great trades being made out of that spot?

It happened to us last year. We had the 6th pick in the 1st round, the 5th pick in the second round, the 4th pick in the 3rd round and so on and so forth.
