No clue where to post some stuff not necessarily team related but could be? Feel free to delete if this belongs somewhere else.
Maxx and Parsons would be nasty. I probably wouldn’t pay the price though.

Both are signed for another 2 seasons after this. Not too shabby. Their offense has been off the charts, defense could not stop anything.RI RAIDER wrote: Tue Nov 04, 2025 12:51 pm DT is the toughest position after QB to fill. Dallas now has 2.
Rumors of Maxx, Garrett turned into Quinnen, not too bad of a deal for Jerrah.

God i will pray everyday that Kyler Murray does not land here. I think I'd take any unknown rookie in next year's draft over him.

Kyler Murray has been benched as Cardinals starter.
For what it’s worth, Murray’s foot injury is supposedly “still a factor.” Although this had begun to feel inevitable, it’s still stunning when a team benches its seventh-year starter in the middle of a massive contract extension. It’s even more surprising considering the alternative is Jacoby Brissett. The veteran journeyman, of course, had out-played Murray this season to the extent that it would have become awkward had Murray kept his job for Week 10 against the Seahawks. The No. 1 overall pick of the 2019 draft, Murray appeared polished and almost fully formed as a rookie. The problem is that he was fully formed, turning in variations of the same season since without leveling up. Still only 28 years old, Murray is signed through 2028 with guaranteed salary through 2026. He will obviously be traded this offseason. A year in McVay and or Shanahan finishing school would probably do him well, but Murray’s long track record of static play could limit his market more than expected.

Murray another failed (shouldn’t have been drafted) #1 pick. For the record I mean drafted first overall. Size matters in the league

His size likely limits him from being elite but it appears that his work ethic and whats between the ears is Murrays primary downfall. He could have been at least a pretty good qb for many years from a physical standpoint.Raidernation1979 wrote: Tue Nov 04, 2025 2:34 pm Murray another failed (shouldn’t have been drafted) #1 pick. We have experience around this franchise with that at QB.

Always thought he should've stuck with baseball. Really didn't like him for a pro QB based on his size.Willmark wrote: Tue Nov 04, 2025 3:00 pm Definition of a "high floor/low ceiling" guy.

I wouldnt rule it out. He prolly used a different term. A bull's pizzle figured in Henry IV.Attyla wrote: Tue Nov 04, 2025 10:59 am I think it was the Bard who claimed: "Be hard on your opinions. Identify your biases, your prejudices and your privileges. Most arguments are kept alive by a failure to acknowledge nuance. We tend ot generate false dichotomies and then try to argue one point using two entirely different sets of assumptions, like two ping pong players trying to win a match by hitting beautifully executed shots from either end of separate ping pong tables."
Well maybe not the Bard, I don't recall "asshole" being in Romeo and Juliet.

Unlike a certain other team, the Jets are serious about their tank.

I dont think the jets are the team we should model ourselves after. They are even worse than we are.Cruisin with Tooz wrote: Tue Nov 04, 2025 7:37 pm Unlike a certain other team, the Jets are serious about their tank.

Wow, jets now have two #1's and two #2's in the upcoming draft and three #1's next year. They better make good use of it because they lost a really good CB and DT. Poor cowboys (snicker), they are stuck with arguably the biggest narcissist in the league making poor decision after poor decision. Dak Prescott sucks, who made the decision to make him the highest paid QB in the league? lol. Seems like jerrah is the one that should be having the fire sale...
