Interesting looks like someone’s latest timeout is complete and must defend Carr’s honor, can’t make this stuff up.

Carr’s play doesn’t exist in a vacuum, and those who get bent out of shape because they won’t acknowledge there are better QBs in the NFL is their issue. It’s interesting, after all people will say he’s better than Gannon. Does that mean that they aren’t Raider fans. After all that’s disparaging one of our QBs, let me guess that’s differ y because they are both Raider QBs?

If for some reason we go crazy this year and elevate our play, is it because Carr suddenly got better? Or is it because those around him are better players? Some will say “see we just needed better players around Carr!”

I recall many statements such as 'that QB is not good, that is all Hopkins' or 'Brady was carried by his receivers in Tampa' and similar. Carr now falls into that category for next year imo. Of course the people that were saying that are now all about 'finally Carr gets a shot', and they seem blissfully unaware of their double standards.

Again, love the move. I am well aware of Carr's flaws and this is how you hide those, just pointing out the hypocrisy.

Prediction: The defense will cover that salary cap for the offense and get blamed again for not being top 10 with no talent, instead of blaming the 'high powered, high cost offense'. That is just how it works around here.
