1O years ago I played to an 8.2 HC. Now, I don't know. I quit keeping a HC. pretty much 10 years ago. I don't think I'm an 8 anymore. I don't practice like I used to.... and I don't really care that much anymore. I just play golf and have fun with my brother and my friends. If I had to guess, I'm probably around a 10 HC at this time. My best score ever was 72. I can still play 9 holes in the 30's a good percentage of the time. At my age...... it just isn't important to play golf really well...lol. As long as I'm out with my brother and my buddies..... it's all good.
I am going to out the sticks away. That was the best nine I have played in awhile.

I played golf last Friday for the first time in 5 years or so. Im happy to say my scorecard could be returned to the shop clean and unused as I didnt play a single hole worthy of marking a score.
Out of 18 holes, I hit 5 or 6 beautiful shots.
FWIW, I'm a semi-retired professional club builder...I can offer reshafting, regripping, etc...there's not much I cannot do to or for a golf club. (irons and putters mostly)...if I can be of service, just send me a PM.
Yeah Pete is 74 years old and Geno is 35. This is obviously a much better situation.
I’ll take a 104 year old Pete over McDaniels every single time without hesitation.
While I’m not overly exited about Geno is it even a debate that Geno is a better Qb than Jimmy?
Hate on Pete and Geno all you want, comparing them to McDaniels and Jimmy is just dumb
A couple of points to consider:
Just because you're not singling out any one member, that doesn't mean you're not attacking anyone. Calling a group of posters with the same view morons isn't better than just calling one person a moron.
We're all Raider fans, and disagreeing (even if it sounds whiny) with what the team does is OK and we're still Raider fans. Please don't suggest that someone who doesn't like a move should pick another team or leave the board. Don't be the fan police please.
We're pretty lenient with regard to profanity and don't pretend to be "family friendly" so your posts can be full of f[raiders_icon]cking shit, but if they attack other posters even without profanity they still might vanish.
It's all just opinions, and we're all wrong a lot and that's ok. We all need to appreciate that someone else might have another view, even if their reasons don't seem compelling to us. Thanks.
Welllll... the majority on here are Raider fans. Then there are the ones that are, um... ????
As a member of a few other boards that are my hobbies these members are there as well, but only for a short time before they are given the heave ho so the board can be maintain control and you don't have to post stuff like this. Couldn't help but notice one of those members who shows up after a loss or something controversial as the Geno trade is back at it again...
I have a sneaky suspicion that the trade for Smith is a for sure indication we are drafting a quarterback. Question is which one(s) do they like?
Or what round they plan on targeting one
In my very first post here a couple months ago I began with a proposal that the Raiders should draft Jeanty at #6 and then somehow package a trade in order to move from our 2nd round pick to back into the 1st where we would draft Dart. I was mostly met with skepticism and laughter and was told by some that you don't draft a RB in the 1st round and at the time, Dart was on very few's radar, much less being a 1st round pick.
...and though I know it's a pipe dream, it's still my dream (I wanted Nix last year). The odds of us drafting both Jeanty and Dart are next to zero but if I absolutely had to pick just one, it would have be Jeanty, because I believe he would be a day 1 starter and would instantly change our ground game, and he's a very capable receiver and a solid pass blocker...he checks all the boxes.
I think we're on a similar wavelength. I was a big proponent of McCarthy and Nix last year, but Bowers was a great consolation prize.
I wouldn't be mad at Jeanty, but would rather go DL, OL, or CB if we don't go QB. I like some of the other RBs that could be had with lesser picks

There was never going to be a quick fix for 2025. If you thought this team was competing for a playoff spot next, I got some beach side property in Ukraine I can sell you.
Yes they could do a lot better than Geno. But you can also do a lot worse.
As far as the contract talks are concerned, yes, I'm with everybody on here who would flip shit he got one. He's a stop gap. Nothing more.

Nah.
Raiders may not be contenders for a ring. They should be able to compete for a playoff spot with the better coaching staff.

Once you’re in, anything can happen. I’m sure many remember the Raiders getting the ring as a wild card.
