3-0 party in NO post game thread
The Raiders are a real football team this year! What else needs to be said. From coaching to how they are playing they are a legit team. For the first time since 2021 we are 3-0 and we made the playoffs this year.
1 White and Masses deserve active roster spots. White has been catching touchdown. and masses has been getting picks.
2 The defense was a lot like the 2016 defense today. The Saints scored a lot on them BUT they made up for it by getting numerous turnovers. If you can’t make em punt. That is a viable alternative.
3 Dean has completely changed this defense. Best FA signing in years.
4 Klint showed what he is made off as a coach when his team was down 11. So far he is the best HC we have heard since Gruden 1.0 and coaching makes a huge difference
5 We missed Bowers, he opens so much for the offense.I expect things to get easier for the running game with him back.
6 Let’s not fight over Jeanty and Washington. If they are one two punch that only helps the Raiders. Klint’s offense is based on the run so if they are both productive that is only good.

Cody White was definitely going to get elevated this week regardless, but this will open the roster spot. Could also just cut Pola Mao. Eat the dead money, but breathe a sigh of relief.

Not to sound too hot and bothered, but this offense is still a work in progress; weak WR room and an O-line that's still figuring things out. Bowers is great but it would be good to see us be able to spread the ball out a little more.

That's pure ignorance. In no way was the ball coming forward when he lost control. They are still salty over that call in the Lions game, on which I might agree with them.riseNraid09 wrote: Sun Sep 27, 2026 5:20 pm Lol, Saints fans are all over social media crying that the refs robbed them of the game, and that Shough's fumble in 4th was actually and incomplete pass.
salty. ass. cry babies.

88 points in the first 3 games of the season. Hasn't been done since 1968. Every offense, defense, and specials teams is a work in progress at this point. Sometimes you just have to step back and see your cup of coffee is half full.

Laughable. The D gave up less than 2 touchdowns the 1st 2 weeks & today they won us the game with 4 turnovers in the 4th quarter. Pretty much any quarterback will win with thatWillmark wrote: Sun Sep 27, 2026 5:10 pm I like that unlike “the previous guy” Kirk looks at his mistakes and goes out there and leads the team. That’s huge. No finger pointing, no excuses. Fix it and move on.
Not only is this good for us right now but this is paying off huge for Mendoza as to what to do as an NFL QB.
KEEP PLUGGING AWAY!
I’ve always liked Cousins, he’s a solid player but there’s a reason he kept getting replaced.
All this “finger pointing, no excuses” is revisionist history bull crap to attack a good player with a
Cousins ate it on a 2 point conversion & then when he did need to eat the ball he tried extending the play for no flipping reason but luckily Hayward was there to bail him out.
That flipping decision could’ve cost us the game & if the “previous guy”‘did that we have to listen to crap about him “not having pocket presence.”
Cousins has physical limitations & the sooner Kubiak can get Fernando ready the better.

Some good insight about the value of Nailor early in the video.

88 points in three games is very good. But we scored 113 in the first three games of 2002 so this output is definitely not our best since 1968. And then scored another 49 the following game in 2002.Coach Pappy wrote: Sun Sep 27, 2026 6:12 pm 88 points in the first 3 games of the season. Hasn't been done since 1968.
