I cannot begin to understand why anyone is making this ridiculous case six years later that we need to pay this guy 40 million a year because of a few stray MVP votes from years back.

At best that is the brain dead excuse for the last extension.

I've got one.

Way back in the MySpace days, I get a message from some chick, liking what I had to say. Her profile pic was cute. She was from Detroit. We strike up some convo, eventually exchanged numbers, and we started chatting almost every night. After a couple months, she sent me some scantily clad photos. Holy smokes she was hot.

Then, my work let's me know they'll be sending me and a couple coworkers to Detroit to attend a conference. What timing! Couldn't wait to tell her and arrange a hook up. She owned a limo service and said she'd be waiting outside the hotel in a stretch Chrysler 300 limo.

So I'm bragging to my buddies, showing them the pics of the date I've got lined up. I was stoked. The day finally came. We pull up to the hotel and there's the stretch limo. They pull up beside it to let me out. She steps out of the car... all 5'2" and 350 lbs of her. I could hear my buddies laughing as they were driving away. My first tough lesson on the interwebz.
