Tank bowl rematch: Jags at Raiders game thread

Last year when Jacksonville came to Vegas, it was considered a tank bowl. This year the Raiders are still bad but the Jaguars are 4-3.
At this point is a Raider win really a loss?

We need to get rid of Jacoby Meyers also, I think he has negative energy now for the team.
Our offense went nuclear once we benched/ignored Meyers.

As long as PC is coach & that beady eyed sloth is QB we will stay on track for a decent pick for a functional QB...keep on keeping on!!! There has to be a complete tear down at the end of the season!!

No doubt we have the best TE room and Bowers is elite and has a chance to be an all time great

I'd rather tie than take a 6th loss.
But why?

What if we miss out on a top 3 pick because of that tie? f[raiders_icon]ck it. Win it or keep the draft hope alive.

Cursed! Only the Raiders would be the losing team as a result of NFL record field goal by the opposing team.

There’s only one that looks good right now in Mendoza. I know some like the Oregon guy but he seems like a screen passer.

I’d rather lose by 13 with a pick6 but throwing it at a 6’5” lineman on his way down from a jump is nearly as good. Another great Raider game.
Was he supposed to make the ball curve around the lineman?
17 was wide open and he tried to shoot it in there. Correct read, lineman made a good play. Had our kicker not missed an extra point, much different outcome.

You can't mentally give your best player a loss when he plays that well.

Simpson is elite you need to watch the Tide!

Yeah thats pretty much the only silver lining of this season is that Bowers truly will be one of the greats, last season wasnt a fluke and hes the real deal.

That fact is getting glossed over. We win if Carlson could do what he gets paid to do. St coach sucks or not, Carlson knows how to kick a f[raiders_icon]cking ball

He looks good, but his starting resume is
really thin.

Agree.... but Pete has to stay out of the draft. Let Spytek do his job.

He would have had to throw it 2600 ft/sec to get it through a lineman. But it doesn’t matter. No matter where he would have thrown it would have invoked the curse. Even when the team pretends not to suck, it finds some new way to suck. This team can’t win. The universe will see to that. Losing is their destiny written in stone from the foundation of the world.
