100% agree but it does go into argument of why draft a RB when you have a O-line that can’t run block at all. Not saying Membou would’ve solved the issue but we have been gashed today by running backs taking in what rounds of the draft…

On offense there is nothing else to say until the line is better. Everyone not on the line gets a mulligan imo.ToastPatterson wrote: Sun Sep 21, 2025 3:26 pm Jeanty has shown promise despite his limited opportunities. It obvious where the problem lies.

Minshew looked abysmal last season but his career body of work is decent enough. Provided that he stays healthy I think we will seen the same kind of outlier from Geno. This f[raiders_icon]cking OL is the worst I have ever seen.SkullCrusher wrote: Sun Sep 21, 2025 4:15 pm On offense there is nothing else to say until the line is better. I just hope Jeanty can avoid being mentally scarred for life playing behind this group.

I get that folks thought that the O-line would have issues this year and I didn't think it would be elite or anything. But holy crap I don't think anyone could have seen it this bad.SkullCrusher wrote: Sun Sep 21, 2025 4:15 pm On offense there is nothing else to say until the line is better. Single biggest thing is Parham needs to be benched. I've said it for years I have no idea why he is starting. JPJ not being out there hurts too. Not a huge fan of Meredith but he's adequate at Center. Its Cappa and Parham that are a bad idea when they are both out there.

I don't understand why the team isn't throwing to Jeanty in space with the line so bad. If the defenses start to worry about the flanks the between the tackles stuff might open up.

The thinking was that the OL would be better based on the coaching bump from AP and his staff to Carroll and his staff which at the time seemed very reasonable. Few could have predicted that the OL would perform worse but here we are. It just seems like players and coaches seem to all perform worse than their career norms when Mark Davis employs them.Willmark wrote: Sun Sep 21, 2025 4:31 pm I get that folks thought that the O-line would have issues this year and I didn't think it would be elite or anything. Lol that's all I heard on here too when i said it was a mistake to put JPJ at guard. "Competition.....blah blah blah". FOH, this staff is lost right now. You didn't start JPJ this week bc it was a short week? What the actual f[raiders_icon]ck?Mckdaddy wrote: Mon Sep 22, 2025 9:19 am I trusted the coaching stuff when in training camp they were switching everybody around and thought the competition would bring out the best.Boy o boy was I wrong

It seem very much so that Jeanty was a luxury pick that i did suggest he was, although he has alot of talent our team wasn’t ready for a player like him.
The “you don’t pass up on a generational talent” chat seems stupid now that we’re focussed on how bad our OL is messing up out entire team
I’m a win it in the tranches guy so fixing either line was my go to option (Mason Graham was my 1st choice & OL 2nd) a lot of people called these struggles with Jeanty i personally thought he’d have bad games but he hasn’t had a decent game yet
People were told Campbell & Membou weren’t OT at the next level both are playing OT with both doing well with a few rookie struggles, Kelvin Banks wasn’t a top pick & with Booker that you don’t draft OG that high
Everyone is doing the i told you so across the board with this team so i guess this stuff needs to be said with Jeanty
So i guess what i’m saying is generational talent or not you don’t take them until you have fixed that huge issues you have that’ll then give them a stage to perform
