This video is kind of interesting, it was the bears people discussing PC when they thought they might get him. The guy they are interviewing goes into the things PC did to change the Seahawks. He mentioned that Russel Wilson was the last piece of the puzzle because Carrol had already built the rest of the team up around the QB position and Defense. I can see a lot of similarities and hopefully PC has enough left in the tank to do it again.

Obviously, he's been around Pete a lot of years and voiced all the things I thought are true about him, observing from afar. It's nice to hear someone who knows Pete up close and personal confirm what you see is who he truly is.

The comments on Waldron were enlightening too - we all get excited about "he was a coordinator under McVay" but it doesn't always work if the personality doesn't fit.
