holding out the forlorn hope that we bring graham back and pete grooms him to take over but, expecting knj to stink out the gaff.

Typed it with the intention that hopefully Pete would bring stability back to the organization, but reading it I realize it didn’t come off that way.
Basically, if a coach makes it to year 3 here I would guess they’re doing a decent job. Haven’t had many make it that long in a minute.

Spytek on the Raider job, "..there are just some teams where it means a little bit more and the Raiders are one of them" (paraphrasing). Said the Raiders are still an iconic franchise and the league is better when they're good.

Watching the press conference, its obvious we do not get either of these guys without Tom Brady.

Also, Pete may be 73 but hes way more on it than our last two coaches from day 1.

I know it's easy to drink the first press conference kool-aid, but damn, Pete's mental acuity is still top notch.

Pete oozes authenticity in how he deals with other people. There isn't a shred of ego in that man.

What really got me fired up was one of Spytek's last comments, paraphrased, "I like the way they started off in Seattle looking for QBs. Taking shot after shot until they hit"
