Have the Raiders even contacted Harbaugh for an interview? I just don’t see the fit for either side.
I don't think any team has been confirmed as formally requesting an interview with Harbaugh.

I would assume they did, and if not I would really question their thought process going forward. I personally don't want him, even more so after seeing his list of demands, but you have to at least put in the request.

I would assume Spytek wouldn't knowing that Harbaugh would most likely want to replace him.

Please don't ever add the "S" to the McDaniel last name again. :bawling: :pissed:
Josh holds a special place in my heart for benching the turd 12/28/22. All of his other HC decisions were awful but he finally did what should have been done years earlier

I can’t say I was really interested in Harbaugh but this confirms my feelings.
Never would agree to those terms, some of these coaches bite off more than they can chew thinking it will some how secure their position. Alot of JH's success with the Raven is attributable to the Ravens excellent front office, not his personal awesomeness, lol. Its like Gruden with his demands, it was never going to work long-term.

It's also possible that the description of what Harbaugh is demanding is inaccurate. Once I watched the video in that tweet, it seemed like Tony Grossi might be exercising some creative license in that list. I do think that Harbaugh will want more control than the Raiders should give up though. A big part of his success was the roster that he didn't have full control of in Baltimore so giving him full control has the potential to be less successful wherever he goes.

Why would they request to interview him if they are not interested?

And what have the Raiders done since Carr was ousted?

Jumped to a Saints board, proceeded to get clowned for outlandish posts, watched Carr continue to be mediocre and quit on another franchise and then come back to the Raider message board and continue to make outlandish clown posts
Oh wait. That was you

Mendoza, Brock Bowers, Jeanty and 100 mil in cap space, not a bad situation
