Around the NFL
No clue where to post some stuff not necessarily team related but could be? Feel free to delete if this belongs somewhere else.
Maxx and Parsons would be nasty. I probably wouldn’t pay the price though.

Won’t happen. It would only take one look at him lolly-gaggin’ a route for Spy and Coach to say, “f[raiders_icon]ck no”. Character is a major prerequisite. There’s a chance that Nailor is a miss, but their hits are looking plentiful, and each one of them not a hint of stank on ‘em.
Even Maxx, who’s not a bad guy at all, became even better after the botched trade. Just a little taste of reality and the lesson that no one, regardless of talent, is bigger than the team.
It’s a tight ship they’re runnin’ and it’s pretty f[raiders_icon]cking amazing how quickly the transformation has taken place. So many of the previous years sucked because of bad stewardship, but even through all the name plates being changed on the Coach and GM’s office doors, there was a “same ol’ Raiders” atmosphere. Some of us are well aware of why, and thankfully he finally learned to let football men run the football team.

The Giants are just F***ed and they know it. There are no saviors sitting behind a starter. If there were, they'd be starting. At this point, they have to rethink their entire season strategy and likely the future of the organization with respect to Dart. The guy can't stay on the field, which means it's hard to build an offense around him.
Winston's a clown; no discipline, poor analytical ability, and poor decision maker. He's not taking them anywhere. However, throwing O'Connell on the field would produce even worse results because no one can learn a system that quickly and he knows not a single player on that offense. It would take him half a season to have the slightest ability to make good things happen.
No one's giving up more than a 5th or 6th for him, even as a backup.

Complete Speculation - Cleveland's Jerry Jeudy to Las Vegas for their 2027 4th round.

I forgot he existed. What a massive disappointment wherever he played. No thanks not for freeRickRyb wrote: Thu Sep 24, 2026 8:25 am Complete Speculation - Cleveland's Jerry Jeudy to Las Vegas for their 2027 4th round.

Not an effing chance. We’d all love it but, hell no. If we get super lucky by the most extremely desperate team, we just might be able to get a 4th. I’d say, a 5th isn’t realistically off the table now tho. At any point before the season started, I thought we’d be lucky to get a 6th.ALLRAIDERWORLD21 wrote: Wed Sep 23, 2026 2:08 pm Do you think we can get a 2nd from the NYG for AOC?

But yeah this is absurd.

We should try to trade AOC to either the Giants or the Commanders because if we are down to our 3rd string QB I doubt we would have any hope left for the season, plus AOC is in his last year of his rookie contract. Maybe we can get a 5th for him from someone.

His nickname is Juice and the fans yell "Juice" when he makes a great play... just saying, it might not have been a beer. And even if it was, so what?SkullCrusher wrote: Thu Sep 24, 2026 10:06 am I see a coke. Maybe a Gatorade.

That even makes this dumber since he's doing the "juice" thing. I'd be talking to the union rep about this one.Atlasffa wrote: Thu Sep 24, 2026 10:12 am His nickname is Juice and the fans yell "Juice" when he makes a great play... just saying, it might not have been a beer.

How about a 6th or a 5th at best. CBS sports ran a story about best quarterback options out there for the teams that have lost their quarterbacks and AOC doesn’t get even a mention. Think like a general manager of another team not like a fan of the team you want to get a great deal for a third stringer.ALLRAIDERWORLD21 wrote: Wed Sep 23, 2026 2:08 pm Do you think we can get a 2nd from the NYG for AOC?
I just saw Mexican Hulk‘s response, which was the same as mine. We are being realistic.
