New coach ………. Again
What’s your thoughts? I prefer young offensive minded with a fresh DC. Kubiak, Cooter, Kafka and pair them with someone like Al Harris as the DC.

I had kind of high hopes with Carroll. He was saddled with a bad roster but he made the trade for Geno. Bad move. I have no opinion on who to replace him with. Not enough info on them.

I'd bring him in,hoping he can bring Schwartz with him at DCMarzan wrote: Mon Jan 05, 2026 6:27 am I’d definitely bring him in for an interview. He’s not my favorite for the job, but it’d be interesting to bring him in to pick his brain.

Flores i can stomach he does have a good resume & has been successful of he does get hired then i hope he has a young OC ready to go
Daboll would feel like a very meh type move but he has had some moments

I know I sound like a broken record but Flores/daboll would be terrible. It seemed when be was a head coach he wasn’t liked by players (at least I thought I read that). Daboll is garbage as an OC

Well, I'm on tenterhooks waiting for the new coach to be named. Everyone wants the offensive genius. I want someone competent to run the whole team. Give the Raiders an identity. I'm fine if that's a brutal defense.BoKnows81 wrote: Sun Jan 04, 2026 8:12 am Hey man, I'm in my 40s and still use 'pins and needles'! Lmao

Still want an offensive guy who calls his own plays. Don't want to worry about an O-coordinator being poached.

Feels like Brady is trying to recreate Bill and Josh, Bill was a defensive coach. Problem is Daboll isn’t even the poorest man version of JMD as a OC.CWood24 wrote: Mon Jan 05, 2026 9:07 am A Brian Flores + Brian Daboll tandem is being reported as favourites for the job
I do like Flores but I’d prefer him as the DC. I’d love him as DC/Assistant HC.

Who would want that? Stupid Patriot days makes getting his keys out of his pocket difficult because of all those silly cumbersum Super Bowl rings.Sloth_Fratelli wrote: Mon Jan 05, 2026 2:17 am I agree but tell it to Brady. Dude just wants to re-live his Patriot days
What is he thinking?
