I didn't see a thread yet, I wanted Pete to be able to stay a few years to rebuild us back, but it is clear to me that he is clueless on how to fix what is broken. We have made the same mistakes every week, with no corrections. He has to go! Thoughts?

Pete has to go. But we need Doofus to stay the f[raiders_icon]ck out of the next hiring.

You said he stayed out of this hiring. We got Spytec and Carroll and you said over and over we had a real front office and coaching staff finally. And not to give any credit to Mark,,,this was all Brady make no mistake about it. Mark had nothing to do with any of it.
Then things go to shit and its all Marks fault. Im no fan of Mark but you cant have it both ways

We'll know tomorrow or Tuesday if Carroll is staying or going. If he is still The Raiders' coach Wednesday morning then he is their coach in 2026.

He'll be fired next Sunday at home...probably after we beat the Chiefs and he f[raiders_icon]cks us one last time!

Do any of you actually believe that Mark Davis will ever win a Super Bowl? As this season concludes this team does not even appear as though it can stay out of its own way.

We all know he loves to meddle so he needs to resist his urge to meddle. Yea, he kept his nose out of the Carroll hire but he needs to continue this trend. One time is not enough

Yeah cuz Brady is really nailing things. The preferred option is Mark’s dumb behind selling & telling Brady to go bang his models.

Naturally since Brady screwed up & made the team worse, now reports are he’s gonna get more involved. Cuz that’s what we need, no self reflection, no “hey maybe I’m not committed to this”, or have no experience, it’s all I’m Tom Brady and i invented football.

At least Gannon was at least self aware to understand he couldn’t commit to the hours that a coach does.

Like I said, new ownership would provide a better culture/leadership instead Brady will do what he did last year, get played by talent that wants nothing to do with him & bring in the guy nobody wanted. Hope you enjoy the Josh McDaniels of defense when he brings in Brian Flores. At least Maxx will get his trade request

Brady has been around less than a year and really has not been around

Doofus has been around over a decade and has two failed playoff appearances and jack shit otherwise

Brady not being around is a big problem IMO. He's trash as a commentator and should focus on turning his team around.

Has Brady had any experience as an owner? NO.

Has Brady had any experience as a GM? NO.

Did Kraft want to sell part of his team to Brady? NO. I wonder why? Huh.

Has Brady ever done a f[raiders_icon]cking thing except buy into money making venture? NO.

For those looking to Brady as the savior to this shit organization...........I think the word for that is....foolish.
