It is time to just say it, you are gone and while i had hope you could do the job, you could not, so when you leave, make sure you take some towels and some mini shampoos with as a parting present. Compliments of the house.

Attyla, he's taken enough from us. He just needs to leave.

Thank you for your efforts. Here’s your last check, and you can skip the Raider Alumni functions
Hr gets a paycheck next year if he's on this team or not... correct?

Never was a huge Crue fan, but man does that song bring back memories.

I can see a scenario where Geno is here next year to “mentor” our new Qb. AOC is still on the cheap and I think he stays, too. The thought could be to address the O line which not only helps whoever we trot out at Qb, but also helps Jeanty from having contact literally half a second after getting the ball.
I don’t think we should throw a rookie Qb out there week one and in the same breath I’m not advocating keeping Geno. Acquiring him has put us in a very bad position.

Give me a better pro. Flacco. Trubisky. Mariota

I actually thought Mariota was serviceable. In today’s game I think it’s essential to have a Qb that can move the pocket and maneuverability to escape the rush. Not only someone who can and is willing, but someone who knows when.

how many of us were smarter than 9 years worth of GMs and Owners/Coaches?
About 95% of us with a very vocal 5% making up an outsized and relentless racket.
I've said for years that if the team was forced to make picks based on this forum's consensus that we'd be a much better team.

I mean...yea. All you have to do is revisit the Geno Smith thread from the beginning lol

Yeah, Geno has to go too. Of the three you mentioned Mariota would easily be my choice.

Keep Geno far way from Mendoza. I've never seen a bigger Eor on the sidelines. I'd bring in Cousins if he's available.

Took me a bit longer than some to want to move on from that guy, like toward the end of 2017 but man we wasted years on that mid guy

I think there are teams who will consider Cousins for their starter, not sure he’ll take the mentor role.
