If anyone deserved a 2nd year it was Telesco. This draft ain’t showing jack squat. Beach hasn’t flashed & Jeanty is nowhere near a Robinson or Barkley. Let Spytek get his man and build on his drafts. Give him two or three years and time will if he's our guy. But you can't cycle through GMs like you do coaches. It doesn't work like that. GMs bring scouting professionals too and are run how their boss runs it. You're completely removing any continuity within the franchise if you change management on an annual basis. And why would any mid to lower level person ever want to work for the Raiders knowing their job is in jeopardy because the owner has no clue how to run it?

Well they already fired the special teams coach. How 'bout firing Graham for not fitting in with the scheme and also hindering the development of a pass rush all these years he's been with the team?

I guess you and I are about the only ones here who think Telesco should have been retained. I don't disagree. He had a solid draft and got us Brock. I don't hate that we got Spytek though. He was well regarded as one of the best assistant GMs in the league and helped turn around Tampa. Bech hasn't been getting enough snaps/targets. They keep sending Thornton out there because he's a physical freak. I think the Titans pick up a win. They got the Browns and the Saints left. They also got the Jags twice.
