What changes should the coaching staff make during the bye

What changes should Pete and staff make during the bye?
I think Geno is cooked and if O'Connell is ready he should be starting. Geno is not some newly drafted 1st round pick going through growing pains. Maybe, O'Connell can give the team a spark.
Try adjusting the O-line a bit but I'm sure the coaches think they're playing the best combo of players in that group. Worth trying something new?
Thoughts on what adjustments can be made?

Agreed. But who gives a f
ck at this point?
I don't but no NFL staff is rolling out Miller at this junction. To suggest so is fan hysteria. Geno will have some more time, followed by Pickett.

I can’t believe we committed to Geno for as much money and time as we did. I almost think we now need to build the oline and secondary before we draft another. I mean we’re stuck with him now. It’d be one thing if we had a D like Denver and could eat a contract like that and stay competitive through it, but we don’t.

Miller is a 6th round QB from the FCS.
He isn't close to being ready.
Which is why you play him. Give him reps.
As a fan I’m just throwing shit out there. Picket is the number 2 but he’s not a future starter, Miller won’t be either but he’s a rookie that won’t be around much longer so may as well toss him in there and see what happens. Zero to lose at this point

It’ll be expensive, cost us 66.5 million for this year, but we are by no means stuck with him. You can’t bring him back the way he’s playing.

I know. I'm just your typical frustrated fan. I no longer care at this point who does or doesn't play. I'd rather see rookies play and see what we have and what we might need/do in the next draft. This season is over.... might as well start evaluating now.

I would like to see something after the bye, some signs of life in our team. Whoever the team leaders are also should resign because they arent leading anyone.

Who are the captains? Miller, Smith, Cole, Maxx?

Every single *coach* needs to go the f[raiders_icon]ck away
*Edit* I didn't read the OP correctly

At this point I’d like to keep Bowers, Jeanty, the legs, the uniform, the name, the stadium if they remove the stupid torch, and our future draft picks. Everyone, and everything else, can f[raiders_icon]cking walk.
(For the sake of honesty, I’m not 100% on what Brady and Spytek can, or can’t do.)

Seattle offered him an extension and he turned it down. If you’re trading for him the new deal has to be a part of it or it doesn’t get done. It obviously hasn’t worked out, to say the least, but once we were acquiring him the die on a new deal was cast.

I actually was talking about coach's... as far as players we have a few foundational pieces but not many. Guess I didn't read the OP correctly.

Torn between the notion that anybody right now would have a difficult task getting this squad to resemble a competitive outfit and Carroll has a proven track record of success - more than any HC we've had in recent years - so he can't be blind to the issues at hand, surely?!
That being said, the standards that are being set in all facets of the organisation are in the mud and there needs to be responsibility shown for the complete clusterfuck being presented routinely.
Injuries have to be considered I get that but if we can't even see the green shoots of something resembling a franchise heading in the right direction then serious questions must be asked at the hierarchy.....again!

Never like the Carroll signing because of his age; if he was 65 maybe but he really is too old
