New coach ………. Again
What’s your thoughts? I prefer young offensive minded with a fresh DC. Kubiak, Cooter, Kafka and pair them with someone like Al Harris as the DC.

Vance Joseph absolutely fell flat on his face as head coach in Denver. McDaniels 2.0WolfRaider wrote: Sun Jan 04, 2026 7:16 pm Listening to an athletic podcast on head coaching candidates.
They’re really hoping up Vance Joseph…. I really hope he gets a job to hurt the Donkeys but… not sure about him here. But… if we could have a top 5 defence every year and build an offence around the run game etc… would work really well…

Kubiak looks good but Lafleur has been very meh without McvayArsenal Raider wrote: Sun Jan 04, 2026 8:53 pm Kubiak, LaFleur, or some other offensive wizard (preferably one who also has the stones to lead a team effectively.)
The Seahawks game last night looked like the perfect offense for Mendoza, Jeanty, and Bowers... given that we build a good line with that $100 million.

I’m leaning Kubiak, cooter or Kafka. All 3 have put together solid offenses with stout running games

Which means absolutely jack because the vast majority of coaches fail first time outALLRAIDERWORLD21 wrote: Sun Jan 04, 2026 9:11 pm Vance Joseph absolutely fell flat on his face as head coach in Denver. McDaniels 2.0
You would think after Gruden & Carroll that people would stop looking at past success as an indicator of future performance
Let’s just get coaches who can do there job & develop talent to push us on to better things
I’m leaning towards either Klint Kubiak or Jesse Minter then the best young innovative coordinator on the other side of the ball to compliment them

He’s a million times better than Flores cuz his players gave the utmost respect for him. Even when Arizona was struggling they were playing hard for Joseph. He’s not my first pick but their QB situation in Denver when he was head coach was much like the Jets. It’s why they were getting beatWolfRaider wrote: Sun Jan 04, 2026 7:16 pm Listening to an athletic podcast on head coaching candidates.

Gruden. With a clear delineation between him and Spytek and let’s know what we got before getting it. Competent coaching and a tough competitive team week to week.

Don't shoot the messenger but Kevin got fired today and is an Offensive minded coach with this resume:
Kevin Stefanski's coaching career spans 14 years with the Minnesota Vikings (2006-2019) as an assistant and offensive coordinator, culminating in his hiring as the Cleveland Browns Head Coach in 2020, a role from which he was fired on January 5, 2026, after leading the team to two playoff appearances, winning two NFL Coach of the Year awards (2020, 2023), but finishing with a 45-56 regular season record over six seasons.

I’d definitely bring him in for an interview. He’s not my favorite for the job, but it’d be interesting to bring him in to pick his brain.Rabidraider wrote: Mon Jan 05, 2026 6:24 am Don't shoot the messenger but Kevin got fired today and is an Offensive minded coach with this resume:

I wouldn’t be surprised if he lands on his feet quickly. He did a decent job keeping the Browns competitive despite terrible QB play. More importantly this probably frees up Schwartz who would be a quality hire for a team going with an offensive HC.Rabidraider wrote: Mon Jan 05, 2026 6:24 am Don't shoot the messenger but Kevin got fired today and is an Offensive minded coach with this resume:

Schwartz or morris would be great DCs for a young offensive minded OC. Not likely to be poached any time soon.heavyD wrote: Mon Jan 05, 2026 6:46 am I wouldn’t be surprised if he lands on his feet quickly.
