Absolutely agree. After seeing how we handled the Giants game, I have faith they'll do what's necessary to lose the Chiefs game.
That pick should be ours, just keep Mendoza healthy

Don’t draft him unless you are fully committed to fixing this oline though. We see what happens when a pressure or two is sent his way.
And for the love of god, draft a true X receiver.

Overall
TD passes were beauties. He needs to clean up his awareness but he saw the field downfield really well. Drop was on the defensive hit, cannot avoid those. He is leading the team.
Conclusion
He did nothing to make me not want him. He will be very good at the next level as long as we can get our protection situated
Pocket awareness has been a constant negative on him and Indiana simply doesn't play the qb under center
That being said forfeit or IR the entire team this Sunday and pray to God he decides to enter the draft

I’m not understanding the pocket awareness concerns. He seems to slide around the pocket, scramble, escape a few pressures, etc. Are we saying it’s a problem because he’s taken a couple of sacks when they blitz? Isn’t he extremely highly rated under pressure?

I was gonna say I don't see the pocket awareness concerns, at least in this game. I saw one Alabama defender come untouched for the sack. Not much you can do about that. He seems to escape the pocket really well.

Not a big fan of comps, they're almost never quite accurate.
