The Off. Line - Complaints, Fixes, Questions, Draft
Mike Tice once said while coaching for the Raiders: “If you look at the offense like a fancy car, the offensive line is the engine. Even though we might have nice spinners and nice rims and tinted windows and some neat paint job, it doesn’t mean crap without the engine. If the engine’s not working, the car might look like a pretty nice car, but it’s a piece of crap.” And he was 100% right. I wish we had him back. Changes must be made on the O-line. Charles Grant is a very athletic lineman. We should give him some reps at right tackle. Bring back Powers-Johnson as the starter at center. Parham has got to go. Maybe we should consider moving Meredith back to guard. He did so well there last year.

There is something that we can definitely agree on...those shotgun formation handoffs are re-freaking-cock-ulous!Rainman56 wrote: Wed Oct 01, 2025 2:56 pm Kelly should be fired for his playcalling alone....Fking shotgun formation runs constantly smh![]()

Nepotism is a sign of a decaying and inept regime.

I’d rather have him than Pete’s kid.

Yep. There was a reason why he was free after the cuts....he sucks. Not that Munford was any better, since he's been cut 2 more tmes since, but at least get Grant for some reps, lets see what he can and can't do. He's a player that needs to be developed. Stone is a backup swing tackle, just like Munford was for us.

What was with that interview anyway? His eyes rolled back into his head 50 times.

I wonder if they thought they were humbling him with the competing stuff. If so that’s really stupid.
