I was never big on Webb to begin with, the guy never called plays, was just a QB coach. We were going to have a green Head Coach with no play calling experience along with a rookie QB which means we'd have to hit on the OC like AP situation all over again.

Well if he stays with Peyton even as the OC he still won't call plays

I work at a college so i understand education means nothing about being able to do a job, but Kubiak has a masters in human relations. That should help him in dealing with different personalities.

The Webb hype was hilarious I must say

The guy isn’t qualified at all but some were willing to risk it all with him. Insane.

Now Webb didn't get an offer to be HC anywhere and he could stay with Payton in Denver but could Kubiak want Webb to learn under him as OC knowing how well he works with QB's especially if that QB is a rookie?
This is my dream scenario.
Webb coached under Sean Payton for 3 years as a QB coach and then as offensive pass game coordinator.
OC would be a promotion and under a new system expanding his knowledge.
Fingers crossed

I think its good for Webb to go back to Denver for a year being an OC so when next year comes and we are looking for HC Webb will have that valuable experience.

But on the flip side, will he have Norv Turner disease and not be head coach capable? I'm hoping against hope this won't be the case.
The offense doesn't need much more. They'll can start to focus on defense after a ouple more additions.
Jim Schwartz
is a coach id love to have. Can build his defense from scratch over the next 2 years as the offense comes into sync

ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports that Panthers DC Ejiro Evero is “still in the mix” for the Raiders’ head-coaching vacancy.

Seahawks OC Klint Kubiak is viewed as the favorite for the role, but Evero is evidently still in it. Per Fowler, Evero conveyed detailed plans for the offense and, specifically, the quarterback position during his in-person meeting with the Raiders. The presentation apparently went over well. Stay tuned.

Well, there is your fallback option. Excuse me while I vomit in the corner. Give Kubiak a blank check.

I can see him sticking in Denver and as OC. They were Superbowl contenders until thier QB went down.
Good luck we're going to make our own noise, thank you very much
