If you want Jim Leonhard as DC, you better hope AZ doesn't hire Vance Joseph because if Joseph gets hired away then Leonhard will be Denver's DC. The Raiders' DC job is not an attractive one - there's Maxx and nothing else on that side of the ball and I'd expect that offseason resources go more to helping the offense and a rookie QB.

I’m not sold on Leonard. I’d rather have someone with proven success as a D coordinator if Webb is the HC. Raheem Morris would be my choice if Arizona passes on him as HC.

I think all the coaches left would love to coach an unspoiled Mendoza.
Honestly I think the Raiders are in the driver's seat compared to the remaining opportunities.
