If Baltimore signs Hendrickson to a big contract 2 things will happen.

No one will want yo trade with the Ravens again.

Linde won’t go back cause they have no space.

They currently have $12m in cap space.

Signing Hendrickson would eat more cap and they would have to cut/trade player to free up $s.

Also they probably saw how bad they were gonna be in 26 and the 27 1st to the Raiders was gonna be a good pick.

...now presumably Baltimore could afford linderbaum, who wanted to stay, so it will be interesting to see if they honor their word, or its has an effect on it, or any other signings.

What Maxx would we be getting? Probably a disgruntled as f[raiders_icon]ck Maxx. I'd still take a discounted trade. Let's face it, two 1sts was robbery anyway. If Dallas calls with a 1st n 2nd, im sold.

I'm gutted, I was thrilled that he was gone. This is what it's really like being a fan. F Maxx and his I have to play every snap no matter what it does to my body even though I don't get near the production of the real elite DEs who play 25% less snaps.

Allow me to be the voice of optimism here - financially this has zero ripple effect on us. We have 38m in cap space left even with Crosby on the books.

Any domino effect of deals we’ve announced is by choice, not necessity. Either our choice or the players. I’d be surprised if anything changes with linderbaum. The ravens had a long time to come up with a deal and they were never close to our offer.

Last… the defensive acquisitions we made PLUS Maxx…. Looks like a really good defence suddenly.

If we lose Linderbaum over this the Ravens will be on my list with the chiefs and broncos.

Linderbaum ‘s deal is basically fully guaranteed, he’s not going to back out and for what we are willing to pay him neither are we.

That’s not how guys like Crosby tick. If he’s a Raider this season he’ll want to show the world how badly the Ravens f[raiders_icon]cked up.

Yea, hes not going anywhere. People being stupid.

We should have had a clause that if the trade doesn’t go through (whatever the reason), we get a second round pick from them.

Didn't think he could even do a physical yet? Something doesn't smell right about this feels like they just straight up backed out cuz of buyers remorse
