I agree 100%. The defense improved tremendously in his only year with the team. If I had to point the finger at the one Head Coach who ruined this Raiders team for years to come it would be McDaniels. He brings in a 3-4 coach to run a 4-3 D and then releases Derek Carr who was the closest thing we had to a franchise QB since Mark Gannon.

Haven't seen Maxx Crosby since week 3 of last year. Both tackles are stonewalling him 1v1.
