Carr bought his offense a bunch of expensive gifts for Christimas.
Awww, nothing better than gifts given out of guilt that say, “I’m sorry for the tantrums, the hospital balls, the lack of responsibility, and the whole being a total douchebag thing”.
Kinda like bringing roses home after the mistress or a sparkly bracelet to go with that shiner.

Carr throws for 3 TDS and the Saints fans are thinking the 2nd coming of Joe Montana just happened.
All the while ignoring the fact that they beat the Giants and he rarely throws 3 TDs jn a game.

As to the fans though, we now have a playoff thread here.
Now Derek has to fly to L.A. and face the rams on the road who are much better than the giants.
He's already sweating over it...
Folk are beginning to see the douche clearly. He was talked about on the “Pardon My Take” (Barstool Sports pod) and he was shredded by Bill Simmons on his pod. And this is after a win.

He's finally putting it together! He's our boy! The games he sucks, must be everyone else's fault. Rinse and repeat. Saints fans are catching on much quicker than Raider fans though, I'm ashamed to say.

We were desperate for a winner, they were just getting antsy about losing. When you are a loser as long as we are, even a warmed shit sandwich starts to smell better.

Most of this fan base was onto it pretty much after the 2017 season. It was just that the Carr fan base was a lot louder. Saints fan have had the luxury of witnessing his early career elsewhere and knowing what a turd he actually is but hoping for a change of scenery, plus what he^^ said...

The look on Kamara's face late in the second quarter as they off the came of the field said it all about how the Saints players feel about him.
It took the Raiders 9 years to cut their losses. It's obvious the Saints won't be making the same mistake. I will be shocked if Carr is back as a Saint next season.

He's too expensive to cut and they are so far over the cap that they can't take any negatives in that arena. They should have traded for the contract he had with the Raiders and the flexibility it had to abandon ship. They dug themselves into this hole, and the only answer is to make his wife cry so maybe he'll retire.
