Ok maybe this doesn’t need its own thread but the deadline is 5 weeks away. I know the next couple weeks will determine if we are buyers but let’s say we get to 5-2 do we make a move?
I really wish we still had Jakobi here but it sounds like a few guys might be available…
Brian Thomas Jr
Marvin Harrison Jr
Jerry Jeudy
Thoughts?

We can't cover Mendoza with bubble wrap forever.

This was the perfect game to start him in the second half. This was a mistake.

And see him on the ground 20 times a game behind our crappy line?
Dude it's NFL FB...there's a learning curve, and if he hasn't got a grasp on what the f[raiders_icon]ck is going on after 7 games & 3 preseason games we have a problem...you act like he's DC lol It's time to get some f[raiders_icon]cking real game experience...he's a big boy he will survive...KC has what makes you think he wont!! We aren't doing shit with KC it's time to move on to the next chapter.

Cousin's isn't on the ground 20 times a game. Don't see how a more mobile Mendoza would be.

Since the NFL record for one game is 12. 20 times a game is an absurd thought.

Cousins has time why would a more mobile Fernando be worse? He needs to get in the game

It was hyperbole okay, I just worry about our future behind our crummy line

Do you think the pass rush changes a little depending on if it’s KC behind center vs Mendo? Especially after Mendo breaks out a couple of runs for 15-20 yards?
I think it would make a big difference.

Another thing is Mendoza is accurate on the run. He's not going to be Lamar Jackson but he can extend the pocket very well.

Didn't you say you went to the game? If so how was the experience?

It was amazing other than the outcome. You can grab a drink or pee with few lines and barely miss a play. First class all the way.
One thing I could see was Cousins going through all his reads and nobody had any seperation. Our WRs are bad. Crowd was hoping for Mendoza in the 2nd half
