Yea, that's how I see it too. Hondo has been full of shit for so long.... and wrong so many times it's hard to take anything he says serious. I'm betting Moore will declare for the draft. The NIL money would be tempting, but the NFL Rookie pay scale is better. Unless he really wants his education (LOL) he would be a fool to risk f[raiders_icon]cking up that money staying in school and possibly ending his career before it ever started.

As far as sitting more players.... I guess we'll see come game day.

All three of those QB's led their teams to the Super Bowl. As so far as carrying their teams, have you seen Purdy play lately?

I believe Mendoza has all of the tools.

"Off-platform throws" and "unscripted plays" tells me the offense isn't working as designed. Are they super cool to watch? Can they bail out the offense once in a while? Yes and yes, but you can't build a whole offense around them.

It is an insider trick. You make a series of statements, such as "The Raiders intend to select Mendoza. But there is a vocal number of guys who like Moore." The first game of his I watched, I felt like he was over hyped. He was patting the ball, telegraphing throws that got batted down, etc. I didn’t see the quick release I’ve read on scouting reports. Then I watched the Penn St and Ohio St game and said damn…dude can play.

I also would not be mad at a pick haul. If you get Simpson and an extra 1st + 2nd or 3rd? Tough to pass up unless you’re just in love with Mendoza.

Does anyone know if you can trade a pick to a team with a condition on how they use it? Can part of the deal be that they can’t select a certain player with it?
