Jets fans are trying to gas him up

Not sure on the validity of this, just passing along
https://twitter.com/incarceratedbob/sta ... LdjKH9qNLA
I happened to be on a different forum where Carr was being discussed. A lot of Jets fans really want the guy. That same shit about him making big time throws and being accurate was being thrown about. I tried to tell them that he's lost that accuracy and that his long ball is largely a thing of the past. I took much shit for saying that.
So I left them with something like "Fine. Then I hope you guys get your man."

Ball placement is a part of accuracy and Jimmy G. trumps him in that area. Also, I would added that Carr has had much better long ball targets than Jimmy G- Cooper, Crabtree, Agholar, Waller, Ruggs

See 2021. Run!
f[raiders_icon]ck the market. Forget about position volatility and lack of options as soon as mid and a big contract seem the path of least resistance flip that son of a bitch and try, try again. If you play it correctly mid can bring back a nice return but if you keep doubling down you end up with nothing but being heartsick.
Learn to suck it up on your own terms rather than it being forced by circumstances to the degree it is possible, it lasts a lot less long and is far easier to climb back out off the more shallow and controlled lull with more resources to build with.

Get out. As fast as possible. Unfortunately the Raiders were the poster child for #5 for way, way too long.

Being a Raider fan has been hard. But a Jets fan has zero business talking mess on an iconic team. They've been to what, one super bowl? Derek Carr ain't Joe Namath and Joe Namath ain't coming back. Silly bastards. Their claim to fame was one year 45 years ago and 4 years with Rex Ryan and butt fumble

Anyone notice how there’s all this support for Carr now from fans of other teams? I see it on PFT, Twitter, FB etc. He’s this great QB that was apparently done wrong by the Raiders, and never had any support. I even read he didn’t have offensive pieces around him as to why his offenses ranked low
