The only way a trade could happen is they need to package Carr and Adams, that way Carr would accept it and another team would pay for it vs just wait it out and get Carr for nothing.

If the Raiders can't win a Superbowl and bottom feeding for decades, at least Raider can get Derek's new team right? I hope we play Derek's new team before he gets benched.

In the NFL, if you bench a 9 year vet QB, then you release him or trade him for peanuts (see Carson Palmer). Raiders already knew that Carr wasn't tradeable when they gave him the 'no trade' clause.

Carr is the ultimate pretender....all the way to the end. He is about to see what other teams are willing to pay him for the mediocrity that he embodies. It is a new day in Raider land...finally!! It is going to be reason to celebrate when they finally cut ties with the ultimate coach killer.
