Dates to focus on
April 23-25 is the Draft
May 1-4 or May 8-11 Raiders Rookie Camp
May 11 Rookie Football Development Programs begin
May 13-17 NFLPA Rookie Premiere in LA
Late June Rookie Readiness Program Individual Clubs
Mid July Raiders open camp. Rookies will report a few days ahead of the official Camp start date
August 6th Pre Season begins with the HOF game.

There will be significant time in there when Mendoza will be unavailable to the club as he wraps up his Junior year. The NFLPA events will include talks from former and current players, topics typically include financial planning and the process once and before the players report to their teams. Other topics typically include league policies, personal conduct and resources. The Raiders rookie camp will be an introduction to the organization focused on familiarity with the facilities, and introduction to the coaching staff, delivery of their playbooks and meeting key players and personnel. Both drafted and undrafted players will be there as this is mandatory for all rookies.

I believe I got this all correct date wise. Some dates are not yet available including the actual date of the rookie camp and of course the preseason schedule other than the date of the HOF game.
