It's that time again, fantasy football time. Entry fee is $40 and it's first come first serve. I'll set up 2 0.5 PPR leagues 12 players each league like every year and draft day will be August 24 at 5pm for one league and 6:30 PM. The second league.

Just got a private message about this and will start to monitor every team and edit the ones that are not fixing their lineups. I understand that people get busy but we must participate until the end.

I have no dog in this hunt but if there is a monetary penalty for the ones who finish in last place, would that be incentive enough to keep folks on top of their lineups?

How about last place can’t play the following year? That could be enforced.

I am the commish in my other league and we have a best of the worst bracket that determines a team's draft position at the end of the year.

Keeps everyone interested and playing hard even if they are out of the hunt.

That said I have Darnold on my fantasy team I will take a long TD pass

I benched Bo Nix and picked up Aaron Rodgers as a stop gap because I didn't like the matchup. Might have been a solid decision had Rodgers not injured his hand. I started Troy Franklin to hedge.

This wouldn't work because the person in last place currently is actually playing. One of the two people who have quit in our league is in 10th and not starting a QB this week. The other person who quit is in 9th.

It's pretty clear what's going on, and that they shouldn't be allowed back in the leagues again.

We used to do this, not sure why it changed. 1st and 2nd were paid and then the winner of the consolation bracket received their buy in back.

Who is New Diapers 2? They do not have a starting QB in lineup.

People need to man up and continue to attempt to be competitive. It is NOT fair to all of the other players who give a shit and are trying to make the playoffs.

I was 0-8 in my own home league and had no intentions on slacking. I've now won three in a row. I know I won't make the playoffs but I still have my pride. You are not going to win every year!

I can understand the occasional spot being blank by a last minute scratch but not QB. 12th place team in TCS has 5 0.00s playing tomorrow including the QB and the only other QB is Browning(starter is Fields), both probably won’t play again this season. They are playing teams fighting for playoff positioning. Not trying to call anyone out but let’s at least get a QB who is starting on the team and in the lineup.

Edit: I just noticed they have Purdy on IR. Come on man.

I've been editing teams that are not participating anymore and they will not be allowed to play next year.
