What made me stop and wonder if my house was bugged was when he said he is a bottom 10 QB. I've been saying that for a few years to an audience of boos. One thing people don't realize is that Gruden put an offense around him that was as QB friendly as one could hope for- quick reads, under C with the use of the FB, huge lineman, little pocket movement, etc.- he still didn't do much and still faded down the stretch.

Otherwise, it is about what other suitors are there and what they will part with.

If it is Jones or nothing or some day 3 fodder then I'll give him a whirl for the hoopty because it beats a cut and empty hands.

I think Carr simply gets released. His contract is not anywhere in line with his production. The trade needed to happen last year. Timing matters.
