However, Mendoza will soon be the face of the franchise. This is a new Raiders team, and it was only right for both to part ways amicably. Hoping he gets his ring, but will be rooting against him when they play the Raiders.

Maxx probably doesn’t have a lot of faith that his 7th coach with the Raiders will be any different than the first 6. That’d f[raiders_icon]cking insane. 6 coaches in 7 years.
