2026 Draft - Raiders & all teams (April 23-25)
Obvious Mendoza #1 no consideration of trading that pick.
But who you got picks 2 - 4 thats going to help Mendoza.
#2 Raiders should be able to select WR Chris Bell or WR KC Concepcion with our early 2nd.
#3 I forget who it was, but someone here mentioned that the best pure dominant RT coming out of college could be got in the 3rd. And stated hes played his whole career at RT, and not being moved around the line.
Sounds like solid gets
Id hope the rest of the draft is building the trenches, with maybe 1 DB in there
Who else you like ?

That's nonsense.. we have a need at several positions regardless of who our coaches are.RickRyb wrote: Mon Feb 09, 2026 7:56 am Before worrying about what The Raiders must have needs are, we should wait to see what the entire coaching staff looks like and what their strengths have been in the past.

We can't wait for the draft to shore up our line, nor wait for a lineman to develop. O line must be addressed in FA, so then our draft picks can be more BPA focused. No doubt we will draft O line as well, but we need to build that line now, not next year.

Woods was mocked to Vegas with the 4th, 5th or 6th pick in many mid season mocks. Would be shocked if he's still there in 2nd round.Be_Easy_25 wrote: Mon Feb 09, 2026 9:53 pm I think that 2nd rounder has to be a DT or needs to be packaged to move up for a DT.
Peter Woods is my pipe dream but I see him mocked at several spots in the first round.

Have to be based on his freakish athletic ability…because he was awful this yearRaider_Dave wrote: Tue Feb 10, 2026 11:10 am Woods was mocked to Vegas with the 4th, 5th or 6th pick in many mid season mocks. Would be shocked if he's still there in 2nd round.

I think our 2nd rd pick will either be Miller, OT, Clemson or Hunter, DT, Texas Tech. If both are gone we’ll probably select Dunker, OT, Iowa

Dunker is who I want but not sure I'd pick him that high.BoJacksonRules wrote: Wed Feb 11, 2026 4:57 am I think our 2nd rd pick will either be Miller, OT, Clemson or Hunter, DT, Texas Tech. If both are gone we’ll probably select Dunker, OT, Iowa
I'm also picking him assuming we've addressed the RT position in FA.
It'll all be interesting for sure.

Lomu may fall, if he does he would be the pick. Projections have him as a mid to late 20s pick so he would have to fall a lot, probably not happening.
Bisontis will likely be there and the guy is as tough as it gets. Good size too.
Pregnon is another big nasty player who would be an interesting pairing with Mendoza
If we go offensive line in the third, Iheanachor is a name to watch.
An early day three guy would be Austin Barber, another big guy who can play both tackle spots, kid really improved during his time in college.

I don't think Lomu falls but if he does, I'd go that route myself. Yet he is a LT and isn't that where they are grooming last years pick for?
How do you address RT?
How would you address the OL?
Where does JPJ play or do you trade him?

...if nothing else, we have invested some high picks on o lineman, and if we can get them to forget everything they were told last year, even if we have to employ a hypnotist on the staff, (....) they should all be stronger and more physically, NFL ready, which is still a significant positive.raider_kin wrote: Tue Feb 10, 2026 8:56 am We can't wait for the draft to shore up our line, nor wait for a lineman to develop. Lomu falling that far would surprise me. I mention him because the draft is hard to call into the second round and on down.Coach dd 11 wrote: Wed Feb 11, 2026 7:24 am I don't think Lomu falls but if he does, I'd go that route myself. A combination of free agents and the guys I listed are interesting to me, but again so hard to know who gets hot or when a run on a position group will star and that happens a lotHow would you address the OL?
Interesting question. No, I don't trade him, but center or left guard is where he naturally plays. Linderbaum not getting a deal would be a slam dunk moving Powers Johnson to guard, but I am not convinced they don't find a way to keep him.Where does JPJ play or do you trade him?

Fair enough...I'm assuming you meant you'd go after Linderbaum at C and while I agree, I don't think he gets out of Baltimore.
How do you "fix" RT?

I like Austin Barber in the draft day three first pick. He can play both sides, is big and he has a nasty streak in himCoach dd 11 wrote: Wed Feb 11, 2026 7:48 am Fair enough...I'm assuming you meant you'd go after Linderbaum at C and while I agree, I don't think he gets out of Baltimore.

How to fix RT,
COA1 Free Agency
COA2 2nd Rd draft pick
COA3 You don’t, leave Glaze on the outside and hopefully he morphs into a competent OT

Grant and Rogers both played very well in the reps they finally got in the last 3 games. They played better then the starters (Cappa, Merrideth, Glaze/Forsythe). There is youtube video out there with the coaches All 22 tape of Grant and Rogers. The question I have is in the Chiefs game were they going up against starters or 2nd & 3rd stringers ? But they did very well against them.Coach dd 11 wrote: Wed Feb 11, 2026 7:24 am I don't think Lomu falls but if he does, I'd go that route myself. I hate Glaze, Parham, Cappa, and Meredith. I focussed on these fvkctards often and they all literally would let their guy just run straigth to Geno Smith or Jeanty in the backfield, ive never seen anything like it in 40 years of watching Raiders.
They shouldnt even be backups, yes even Glaze and Parham.
I truly think Grant could play at RT at much higher level then Glaze until KM retires and he can move to LT.
Rogers played better then Cappa and Parham at Guard, so if we go KM at LT, Rogers at LG, JPJ at C or RG, and Grant at RT, then we must get atleast a starting C or RG next to JPJ, and another Olineman for depth or to be ahead of Rogers if they dont think he should start yet. Forsythe, Putnam, and Laki should be backups. Toss Parham, Glaze, and Meredith in the Trash, they are consistently shit, we gave Parham and Glaze their chance over the years.... sayonara

Are the "trash players" truly trash? Or have they just been severely under coached?
