Mendoza looks accurate and strong, not bashful to throw anything. Aware of field.
He still seems a little awkward and uncomfortable with his movement and footwork navigating in pocket sometimes but I think that steadily improves.

Today was a reality check...beat unmercifully in every facet of the game unfortunately!

The Browns, Colts, and Giants lost. Raiders are still in the mix. We just need the Broncos to lose to the Chargers for a little extra mustard.

Spytek and Kubiak have a plan. Let them play it out.
Devil's Advocate: What if Mendoza helps the run game by keeping the Raiders from having the most 8-man boxes in the NFL?

We didn’t block well, tackle well and even Brock fumbled. You usually games where you don’t block and tackle well.

Jesus, literally no one blaming the offense. Discussing the offense, yes, blaming, no.

In the south, the women folk have a phrase that sounds really nice but is a huge insult. And goes like this: Flybono is just having a bad day....bless his heart.

It applies

Last week was a tough loss but this week was a bitch slapping in all phases. Now it will be interesting how they handle a rough go and come back. Another among many learing experiences rebuilding teams must go through.

The good was seeing Mendoza on the field.

The bad was everything else.

Going to forget this one and hope to see more Mendoza going forward for experience.

Unfortunately it’s every Sunday and every post. I find myself wondering how he’s not permabanned and I don’t even know the history around here.

I would think that Kubiak will start giving him a package of plays and work him in more. He looked good today.

Well that was certainly underwhelming.

Defense did not come ready to play. Way too many missed assignments, way too mental mistakes and paid for it.

Offense? This game had a lot to do with play calling. We get that Kubiak's offense is based on being able to run but the other team knows that. Play calling was fairly predictable this game. Now is that the horses we have (or don't)? Hard to say, but our HC has got to show some flexibility here.

Lastly, good to see Mendozza get some live fire even if it was garbage time.

No defensive coordinator is worried about Cousin's taking off. One less thing for the defense to worry about means they can key on something else.

They werent prepared at all for this game, maybe the time change or the weather change from hot to cold. They came out looking flat and never seemed to wake up.
