I liked them more when they were winning

imagine if we started winning though, raiders valuation has been rising like a skyrocket since we moved to vegas

I get one thinking it would be worth so much more winning, but perhaps w/l's don't matter as much as we would think.mstrbass2000 wrote: Fri Sep 11, 2026 4:35 pm imagine if we started winning though, raiders valuation has been rising like a skyrocket since we moved to vegas
We've been bottom 5 team for past 20 years and for most of the time right at the bottom in worth in Oakland.
We move into a very lucrative situation and bam #3. No more winning, so it seems location and deal are what makes the Raiders worth.

the raiders have the best fans, they support the team win or lose and the vegas market and ops are great and friendly ...this company is being run the right way financially and now mark has worked his way into selling off most of the team and still retaining controlSkullCrusher wrote: Fri Sep 11, 2026 4:39 pm I get one thinking it would be worth so much more winning, but perhaps w/l's don't matter as much as we would think.

Winning was nice. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Struggling to pinpoint my favorite part of the team-worth part of the experience.

I don't care what the team is worth, as long as they have enough cash that they are making football decisions based on football instead of basing them on cash availability.

Well...despite his affinity for PF Changs and Dodge Caravan's, Mark has done well in some regards. It's akin to a blind dog finding a pork chop but financially speaking the results are there.

Had a jellyfish inherited the Raiders in 2011 rather than Mark, the Raiders would not only be worth more, we’d have a far superior record.haji81872 wrote: Fri Sep 11, 2026 7:36 pm Loved Al. Great football mind. Rebel.
Mark is magnitudes better at the financial aspects of running a club.
