2027 Loaded QB draft
Arch Manning
Brenden Sorsby?
Dante Moore?
CJ Carr?
LaNorris Selles?
John Mateer?
Nico Iamaleava?
Sam Leavitt?
Jordan Maiava?
Julian Sayin I think will stay another year at Ohio State.
There isn't a damn one them that will be better than Fernando except maybe Arch. There maybe more first round QB which is great for us so we can trade our pick and get bounty for it. I expect we will be top 12. However the morons who thought that we should traded our pick because of the loaded 2027 QB full of better talent are high as kites.

Yep. Kind of a win win for us next year. We could F around and end up with Jeremiah Smith bc of a deep QB draft (as of now) or if we're picking later, that means we saw major improvement.Willmark wrote: Mon Apr 27, 2026 12:08 pm I’m hoping the 2027 draft is viewed as “The Greatest QB Draft ever”
Also don’t care if every single one is a bust.
What I do care about is teams fighting over 5-10 QBs at the top of the draft and some high quality starters falling to us. My expectations for next year are picking somewhere between 10-20, that would work to our advantage.
Now of course if we’re picking much later in the draft? So much the better.

It's great news for the Raiders if 2027 draft is loaded with QBs. Raiders should either be able to draft great non-QB talent or trade down for a haul.

Continuity with the team and HC yes. But we have a new oc and system this year. Which honestly should help him. The new system fits his skill set betterAttyla wrote: Mon Apr 27, 2026 12:02 pm He may have wanted the continuity that helps with learning curve issues.

Some of those guys were on the list last year for this years loaded QB class. Manning and Sellers were sure fire first round picks. Allar and Nussmeier were thought to be first round picks. Klubnik and Leavitt were also talked about as first round pics a year ago. Most of that list will fail again.haji81872 wrote: Mon Apr 27, 2026 8:02 am Arch Manning

Agreed. The “next years class” argument this early is pretty meaningless. So much can change in a year and I don’t think there’s a single “Caleb” level prospect who basically locked up a top 5 pick before he was draft eligible. Right now there’s a handful of intriguing prospects…. And the crown jewel in the 27 draft might not be any of them.Raider_Dave wrote: Mon Apr 27, 2026 6:59 pm Some of those guys were on the list last year for this years loaded QB class. Best thing about the list of QBs is how they look to the Raiders…

Mocks are on the move aplenty already. As many as 5 QBs in the first round. That will help us get a top offensive lineman, WR, or LB.

As long as these QBs live up to the hype, we are set up so nicely to land an elite player, hopefully Smith.
