The city does actually own the stadium or more specifically the Las Vegas Stadium Authority. That is a public entity created by the city to own the stadium. The Raiders operate the stadium and hold exclusive rights to use the stadium. The Nevada legislature created the Stadium Authority to oversee their holding.

Restaurants and entertainment, all of that goes to the city. Taxes for all of that goes to the city. They city makes huge bank from the game. The Raiders really don't get much from the week and the game. I am sure Davis will try to squeeze out some money from private events but it really is the city that gets the windfall. Cities that host Super Bowls really don't affect the team value that much. I mean, it may go up some but that is not a lasting value increase. We already sell out so it will not drive up ticket sales or anything for the following years. This is an event that really showcases the hosting city far more than the team unless we are in it.
hello i said value goes up, i mentioned nothing about revenue

Yes but in this case, the value goes up a moderate amount because it is mostly the city that is showcased and not the team. Vegas gets the most benefit from the event. I cannot help you if you cannot see that piece which is most visibly tied to revenue and exposure.

The Las Vegas Stadium Authority (LVSA) is a public entity responsible for owning, overseeing, and managing the development of large stadium projects in Southern Nevada, most notably Allegiant Stadium and the future Athletics MLB ballpark. Created by the Nevada Legislature, the LVSA manages funding, lease agreements, and ensures projects meet community benefits and quality standards.

Key roles of the LVSA include:
Project Oversight: The authority ensures stadium design, construction, and operations meet the standards of a premier facility, including managing the development and non-relocation agreements for stadium projects.
Asset Ownership: The LVSA holds ownership of the stadiums and surrounding land on behalf of the public.
Financial Management: It manages capital improvement funds, revenue distributions, and public funding contributions—such as the 0.5% hotel room tax—that financed the NFL stadium.
Community Oversight: The LVSA ensures developers adhere to community benefit plans to ensure diverse, local participation in employment and contracting opportunities.

While Allegiant Stadium is publicly owned by the Las Vegas Stadium Authority (LVSA), it is operated and managed by the Las Vegas Raiders through their subsidiary, LV Stadium Events Company, LLC (often referred to as StadCo).

Revenue Generation and Financial Performance

Based on historical data from 2021, the Raiders generated $563 million in revenue across various streams. Their operating income of $116 million demonstrated strong financial management and profitability. While current figures aren't publicly available, these numbers provide context for understanding the team's financial foundation.
Ticket Sales and Stadium Attendance

A significant portion of revenue comes from ticket sales, with data showing average home game attendance of 61,185 fans. With ticket prices averaging $153.47, this creates a substantial revenue stream. The consistent attendance numbers indicate strong fan support and effective ticket pricing strategies.
Media Rights and Broadcasting

Media rights represent a major revenue source for all NFL teams, including the Raiders. While specific numbers aren't public, these agreements encompass both national broadcasts and local media partnerships, contributing significantly to the team's annual revenue.

Yes, the Las Vegas Raiders control the concessions and parking rights for their team events at Allegiant Stadium, which was a key part of their lease agreement with the Las Vegas Stadium Authority.
Las Vegas Review-Journal
l
Concessions: The Raiders select the concession vendors and collect all revenue from food and beverage sales during Raiders games and team-controlled events. Starting April 1, 2025, the team partnered with Oak View Group (OVG360) to manage food and beverage operations, replacing the previous partner, Levy.
Parking: The team is responsible for managing parking operations. The Raiders control thousands of parking spaces near the stadium and in off-site lots.
Non-Raiders Events: For events not staged by the team (such as certain concerts), the Las Vegas Stadium Authority may retain concession and parking revenue.
Property Ownership: The Raiders acquired at least 17 acres of land specifically for parking near the stadium to help meet their parking obligations.
Las Vegas Review-Journal
The agreement requires the team to provide parking that meets "first-class, premier NFL facilities" standards.

My findings show while he doesn't own the stadium they do run it and make substantial revenue from non-Raider events.

One of many like phrases:
Allegiant Stadium, which is a cash cow for the Raiders because it also draws money for the team from non-football events like concerts and other non-NFL programming.

So he'll make money from the SB, he's a genius and he eats his vegetables to.
