Mark says Pete/Spytek safe
Cuz he hires people to do their jobs, unlike last year when he said he had to rip the band aid off to fire Telesco.
Hes a moronic embarrassment.

IF so then he should be able to make changes for the future with his base of knowledge.Raider_Len wrote: Tue Oct 21, 2025 3:59 pm I think Pete is still in shock at how shallow and bad this roster is. I think he just couldn’t accept it until recently.
Oh man, the more things change, the more they stay the same. COMMITMENT TO EXCREMENT.

Did anyone really expect him to say anything else? Like he is going to publicly say they are on the hot seat

Pierce was a better coach. His only mistake was playing Minshew over O'Connell.

Everyone needs to stay both this season and next. We need to draft some top tier talent, especially at the QB position for the best prospects to consider this a viable place to coach.
We were never a place Harbaugh would've gone to because L.A. had the infinitely better QB situation. The same with Ben Johnson. What Pete was thinking, I have no clue, but let him play out two years and hope Spytek can gather some real talent during that time, but that idea is discouraging when you consider that Jack Bech has all of 7 catches through 7 games.
That was some Smartest Guy in the Room bullshit, particularly considering that our overall receiving corps was pretty decent even with the two -turd QB situation we had last year.

I think if Pete had a larger say in personnel matters then that needs to totally be spyteck's job. As it stands right now we really don't know. As it seems as if Pete is calling the personnel shots.

Yes his part time input is paying dividends so far. Amazing that Kraft didn’t hire him. Geno over Darnold looking good too so glad Mark put Michael Jordan, I mean Derek Jeter, I mean Tom Brady in charge.Nor_Cal_Raider wrote: Tue Oct 21, 2025 7:19 pm I think with Brady's input they are try to build it the right way, which takes a few years
I’d hate to have an actual GM running things
