[quote=Southshield post_id=1116638]Crosby "You can fake it or you really can be about it." when talking about Stidham. Damn...[/quote]While I don't think it was a jab at Carr, one could certainly take it that way

McZigs One BIG Mistake
.... Was making the Carr contract fully guaranteed 3 Days after the SB,
and Not 3 Months after the SB.
There will be No Trade.
Carr has the trump card (not a political statement). Carr gets cut or gets Paid.
WHY would he allow a trade to weaken the new team? Makes no sense.
If McZig wrote the contract for 3 Month vestment, instead of 3 Days ... This would be a Whole Different discussion. It could have meant a huge haul (at least 1 pick). But they screwed up and will we receive No compensation for Carr except Maybe a comp pick.
Too much on the line.

https://twitter.com/LastChanceQ/status/ ... twcon%5Es1[/quote]This is exactly what my main gripe with Carr has been since 2017. It is so f[raiders_icon]cking frustrating! We’re leaving so many god damn points out there every f[raiders_icon]cking week because of shit like this play right here.

[quote=Rainman56 post_id=1116549]I said it repeatedly not because I wanted him back but because I never thought they would actually flush the Turd........And I been flaming The Turd for 9 seasons and hated them drafting him in the first place lol.........
Carr Sux Ballz, always has, always will...Biggest Pussy To Ever Play QB In The NFL[/quote]If I cared at this point I might argue that Brooks was the biggest pussy to ever play QB for the Raiders.... And I would Defenitly take Walter over Carr. If Walter could have played on this years team, his legacy would be much different. Dude got shafted.

If I recall correctly, Davis waited around a long time before hiring Shell, thus limiting options for coaches. Now do not get me wrong, I think Walsh was the choice from the start but we lacked quality coaches at a number of positions with the offensive line coaches being some of the worst.

Maybe Slater and someone else?

I am gonna be thrilled when guys like Cody and a few others fade away. We don't need that kind fan who put a player over the team. Seeing "one of our own" go to Chiefs Planet and openly hope that our starting QB gets killed is disgusting. Disagree with the direction, that is fine, but to sell out for a player over the team? f[raiders_icon]ck that noise, and get the f[raiders_icon]ck out. Every one of those f[raiders_icon]ckers should be kicked to the curb. I read things like "I have never seen a fan base treat a player so disrespectfully" and laugh. When Russell was kicked to the curb not one person cared one bit. Nobody stated he was disrespected. And Russell was shafted far worse regarding his supporting cast than Carr ever was. Nobody was saying that Russell deserved better.
Bottom line is, nobody deserves anything in this business. Nobody is entitled to anything. It is all earned.

I believe Carr is tradeable. If he doesn't want to waive his no trade clause then just don't cut him. He's likely just bluffing in hopes that he can hit FA, but if he's not then it doesn't matter because he'd never show up to be anything but the anointed starter. He can retire and do whatever the f[raiders_icon]ck he wants but I 100% believe he'll just agree to a trade.
Of course it's easy for me to play a $40 million game of chicken with someone else's money. And I'm a dick.

I also agree that he is tradeable and I honestly think he is worth a decent haul of picks to a QB starved team. There will be teams who will see a player with skills that they think they can coach up. He is worth more than we got for Cooper by a decent margin.

Any cold weather team with a clue should be hesitant and I believe that will impact his value.
