Free Agency thread for Raiders and league-wide
Free agency opens March 11. CBS Sports has their top 50 ranking. No Raiders on the list. I am surprised at a couple rated high - Aaron Rodgers and Daniel Jones. Lots of wide receivers

Trade terms are now public for the Johnson and Geno trades.
We gave Buffalo 6th round pick #182 and got 7th rounder #228 in return along with Taron Johnson.
We then sent the Jets that #228 pick along with Geno and got back 6th rounder #208.
The net difference in picks is that we gave away pick 182 and got back 208 so dropped 26 spots in the 6th round.

So in essence a three team trade without it actually being a three team tradechucker wrote: Thu Mar 12, 2026 5:43 am Trade terms are now public for the Johnson and Geno trades.

The Raiders website shows just two FA signings so far - N. Dean and M. Gay.

Apparently Quay Walker updated his instagram to say he's a Raider...... I can't confirm, I just heard it on a podcast.RunOverByHubbard wrote: Thu Mar 12, 2026 6:00 am The Raiders website shows just two FA signings so far - N. Dean and M. Gay.
These guys need to have their physicals, and we know how arduous that process can be.

Thoughts on bringing in D.J. Reader as nose tackle?
Wonder what his price could be?

...seems like it would be a possibility, as even if we draft one, it seems to take a rookie nose a bit.... ...reader has to be early 32-33 ish, so at that position, i'd imagine the injuries have to be piling up....Rabidraider wrote: Thu Mar 12, 2026 7:13 am Thoughts on bringing in D.J. As crazy as it may seem to a lot of people there is still some semblance of the Raider mystique left. Madden has a lot to do with that.NoThanksSir wrote: Thu Mar 12, 2026 6:34 am

Dre Greenlaw is available. Good player, but had some injuries. Might be cheaper now.
