Yeah...No.Rainman56 wrote: Wed Sep 30, 2026 4:32 pm Better get the run game rolling soon, having to rely on noodle armed Cousins week in and out is going to be an issue against better caliber teams...Jeanty hasn't look great last year or this year.
No idea what metric you're basing "didn't look good" last year on. He had more TD's and yards than all RB's in his class.
Then you don't like Washington, because he's been caught from behind every single time he gets a wide-open field, going back to preseason. The only reason why he got the TD against the Saints is because he only had to run 37 yards and we challenged it. When he bounced outside against the Dolphins he had nothing but daylight, a defender caught up and pushed him out of bounds. If he had "the speed to score from anywhere on the field" he would have had a TD there. If he had "the speed to score from anywhere on the field" than he wouldn't have gotten less in the Chargers game per carry than Jeanty.I like RB that have the speed to score from anywhere on the field
Except when he outran everyone but the safety, then shook the safety off for a 60-yard TD run against the Bears (a playoff contender). Except when he split out wide and burned his man for a bomb, then threw the safety off of him for a 60-yard pass TD. Except when he ran into a pile, kept his balance, side stepped and ran to daylight, then outran the safety for a 50+ yard TD run against the Texans (a playoff contender).Jeanty doesn't seem to have that explosiveness but hopefully he gets healthy and we can get a good evaluation on what he can do.
Yeah, but if you ignore all of that, Jeanty's not explosive at all.
He's the best RB in two classes so I'd say he's been properly evaluated. Then again maybe he needs 9 seasons+ to properly evaluate him![]()

We need to go G early in the draft and/or sign a reliable FA during the offseason.
I wish JPJ could stay on the field, but his body can't hold up to the game. It's not his fault and it has nothing to with his competitiveness or desire, but some people simply aren't built to withstand the NFL. Maybe we could keep him as depth, but if he did have to cover for the starter, his chance of injury is high, so it has the potential to make the line worse.
I wish him the best.

Looked at a mock draft recently. It goes by current record. I kept scrolling and scrolling to find who they thought we might draft. We were at 28. 28! For some reason that warmed my heart.

We have never beat the combo of Andy and Patrick in Vegas.
It’s time to right the ship.

Will it be Zuhn or Rogers? Either way this could be a blessing in disguise. JPJ looks elite some snaps and like a scrub other snaps. He's far too inconsistent of a player, and can't stay on the field. If he can't suit up this week, I'm seriously beginning to sour on him.

I read someone told Reid he was the winningest NFL coach in Vegas and he replied, "I didn't know that and I don't care."Be_Easy_25 wrote: Thu Oct 01, 2026 8:41 am We have never beat the combo of Andy and Patrick in Vegas.

I HATE the Chiefs (only Broncos equally) but Andy is a hell of a coach and I love the response.- These users gave a High Five to the author powski for the post:

Yeah I had high hopes for him. He is OK when on the field. Not great not awful. But then he is also hurt a lot. I was hoping he would step up this year and give us one less hole to fillNoThanksSir wrote: Thu Oct 01, 2026 9:05 am Will it be Zuhn or Rogers? Either way this could be a blessing in disguise.
