While zooming in on the stars over and over. Just trolling I think but if we get 12/20/and player we fleece them imo.
Hahahha, is that what that shit was about? Dork. He’s a very young 28. Maybe not in body, but Spy doesn’t need to be particular when selling that. Get them picks Spy!!! :money:

Nice game that.

How many times did he win us a game?

I’m doubling down on my earlier prediction, I think when we wake up tomorrow Maxx is a Cowboy.

They’ve got 3 1st rounders over the next 2 drafts. Whatcha thinking in compensation gents?

2026 Draft Picks
1st Round: 2 picks (12th, 20th)
4th Round: 1 pick
5th Round: 2 picks
7th Round: 1 pick

2027 Draft Picks
1st Round: 1 pick
2nd Round: 1 pick
3rd Round: 1 pick
4th Round: 1 pick
6th Round: 2 picks
7th Round: 1 pick

I think they should essentially sit out this year’s draft and give us those 2 1sts this year.

We will probably get #20 and next years 1st. Which is cool still.

I’ve been saying it for a few days Dallas 20th (prefer 12) George Pickens, and next years 2nd or 3rd for Maxx and Tre Tucker

Supposedly Cowboys already offered 12/20 this year but we want a player too. Not saying I believe it but if there’s truly a bidding war going on who knows.

BotesBoats wrote: Wed Mar 04, 2026 8:34 am I've never understood the idea that bad teams should jettison their best talent in hopes that they can get good talent later, through the draft.

It's very self contradicting in my eyes. "In order to get good talent, you have to get rid of your best talent".

Other than the Cowboys with Hershel Walker, I'm not so sure there are many examples of this actually working.
I think the logic has more to do with the timelines than anything else. Crosby at 25 ≠ Crosby at 29. Both versions of Crosby might give you similar production on a year to year basis, but they are not the same asset in terms of roster building and long term planning.

Crosby at 29 has a lot more value to a team that’s ready to win than a team that’s a few years off. Can we build a team to play meaningful games before Crosby is too old to make a difference?

I can actually see the “keep Crosby” side of the argument too, age is not the only factor, someone like Crosby is a net positive around young players. And maybe we can build a team in time for Crosby to contribute in a meaningful way.

But this is our last chance to get compensated in a way where we would have a good chance to replace his production with the assets we get in return. Every year we wait will lead to depreciated returns. I’m someone who still likes Maxx, and I wouldn’t sell low, but if the price is right we’d be wise to consider it

I really don’t want Pickens. Yes he’s productive when engaged but with Bowers do we really want someone crying about touches?

Id take Aubrey though. Wait is he a FA?

According to people claiming to be Dal insiders on the web the Raiders want 12/20 and Osa Odighizuwa.
