If Dinkleberry Davis had any real friends they’d let him know he’s in a toxic abusive relationship with Captain Dipshit.

Carr fooled you once, shame on him. But 9 times? Shame on you Dinkleberry. Shame on you.

Dinkleberry and Dipshit. A tale as old as time.
At some point we will have to start ridiculing davis on social media, to force some change. Memes would probably do it if they were spammed on the raiders twitter page.
This is from a few weeks back but is an example of one of the differences between Cousins and Carr. They have, arguably, a somewhat similar physical skill set, but Cousins has a mental toughness that Carr seems to lack.
Big Bro spittin' facts and looking after diapers and also getting snotty with a poster. 'JESUS FIRST' his bio says but how come they can never turn the other cheek

The Carr family must own shares in the Greyhound Lines company, only reason to explain the high volume of people who get thrown under one.
I agree with all your text but the attachment is too small to read whatever excuses Darren has. I'm sure it's helpful in ensuring that Derek doesn't have hurt feelings.
Negotiations take several turns. He most certainly could have used the threat of holdout to move negotiations. He could have told them he intends to retire. You seem to think his religious views makes him bound by a contract his owner is not bound to honor. He bet on himself, pure and simple. He took a deal with a lot of money that will pay him top five money if he can keep his job. He bet he could and get more money. It has its risks but it also has prestige if he can keep his job.
Yes, I do. His goodie two shoes imagine is his life blood in the league. It would be too huge of a contradiction for him and his brothers to manage. A holdout goes directly against every narrative about him including his undying LOVE for the Raiders, his teammates, how football isn't a high priority, etc. He didn't take any risk at all, he took a raise that was on the table for the purpose of him and the Raiders not having egg on their faces. It really is that simple.

Then Herbert and Hurts

Everyone else
Watson, when up to speed. And I would put all six in one tier.

Not to belabor this, but whatever negotiations took place, Carr came out on the short end. We can end it all after the season and Carr can do nothing about it.

Carr stays bad. Horrible second half. Scrambles out. All kinds of field and throws the ball out of bounds. Stands in the pocket wayyy too long. Doesn’t throw with anticipation. He needs to go.
