Fun fact
Justin Herbert has lost 23 games since entering the league in 2020
Only Matt Ryan has lost more games (28)
Modern day Jeff George.
I don't think you want to argue W/L as a QB stat if it's to try to make Carr seem better by comparison.
I guess that means that Herbert is tied for second most losses in that time...... with Carr. So Carr is also the modern day Jeff George?
Carr has more losses this year than Herbert.
Carr has more losses since 2021 than Herbert.
I think most will agree that Carr is currently better than Ryan, even though Ryan was better overall.

The art of NoClaps debate is all about avoiding the topic entirely, clearly.

Fun fact: I would take Herbert with our offense over Carr every day of the week.
Facts are fun!

Derek in his last four full seasons has thrown 80. 20 a year, and we have all seen him cough up the ball a ton.
Herbert is 10 TD passes better per year than Derek Carr. Sad.

Contact Riff MajesticLet's not mention their ability to use their legs, Herbert already has almost as many career rushing yards as Carr.

No one in the last two years, except Matt Ryan, has been better at losing than Mr Sherbert
His streak will continue once this season closes.

OK, that is cute, but....
Herbert has a higher winning percentage this year with a tougher strength of schedule than our guy and Herbert has a 52% chance of making the playoffs vs Carr's 3%.
And that streak will continue into next year as well.

so did some comparing because comparing a QB to one other one is what we do now....and interestingly enough...
Herbert in the last three years vs Carr in the same span
Wins: 22 /23
Passing Yards: 13056 / 12024
TD Passes: 90 / 70
INTs: 32 /33
Fumbles: 15 /27
Rushing : 679 /336
Rushing TDs: 8 /3
Sacks: 93 /77
Very close in stats to be sure. Well except the TDs, rushing and rushing TDs. One telling thing which I already knew was that Carr's protection has been far better than Herbert's.
But fun numbers none the less....and that is an interesting fact.
