https://twitter.com/rrich1990/status/16 ... SeyzCdcbOA
Red Zone offense has been terrible for some time now. The only way to fix it is to get rid of the guy who is leading the offense. There is no fixing it unless you get rid of Carr.

He may be the leading coach killer in the league, but the Raiders are going to have to start taking the defense more seriously, or the purging won’t mean a thing.

great, another "purging the team" thread

He will be let go or sign a very team friendly extension, again.

They will not pay him 35 million. No way

We will not be in the early round one spot to draft a top QB. Soon, then what?
Yeah if that's something the forum wants I can post them. I started doing it after the shutout to the Saints because I wanted to know if McDaniels sucked and it was the scheme or if our players sucked.
I am guessing the results showed “select all that apply”.

Can't lay this loss on Carr. This one is on the coaching. JMD went all "prevent" offense in the 2nd half. No killer instinct. Carr may not be around next year but be careful what you wish for. Easy to say get rid of him but who replaces him? QB is never a slam dunk no matter how high they are drafted. Personally, I think is going to be around awhile.

I honestly don’t even know who they should hire but I do know Graham should have been fired weeks ago.
Bill Williamson is a Carr pole rider and even he said today the red zone problem persists after nine years regardless of different coordinators and offensive players
