Which stats are those? Lots of stats out there that say otherwise.
Stats suck no matter what way you look at them.
The eye test is all that matters and Carr fails miserably.
Eye test is irrelevant. You have no idea why he's doing it this way. His motivation. Who's telling him to do what.
Apparently the NFL is quite satisfied with his performance.
He's still a very good QB that I hrows TDs.
He's certainly better than Mayfield

I don't think for a moment that McDaniels and Z are going to ruin their reputations and careers over Derek Carr.
Carr is fine. They aren't dumping him.
He's currently a top 10 QB in stats.
Is this Darren or are you a cousin?
Will Levis is trading one cult for another. We've seen Levis in a past life, his name was Jake Locker. The sum is less than the parts.
I'm a life long Kentucky fan and if we get Levis I'd be patient and allow him to get his legs under him but if he isn't in a trajectory to be able to get us the promised land then I'll be saying it is time to fish again by the time he is up for another contract.
Is he going to outlast another coach?
Yep, unfortunately,
I just got done reading the posts from January of this year. We were basically covering the same ground then.
I don’t see the org moving in from him. Davis is in his corner. Stops and starts there.

I read today that Carr is now 32nd out of 33 qualifiers this season in red zone passer rating for Raiders at 71.5. Only Russell Wilson is worse at 67.2.
Hilarious for the "give Carr time to get comfortable in the system" crowd.
Carr just lost to a guy with only a couple walk through practices under his belt and Baker looked more comfortable and confident than Carr has looked all season.
The excuses made for this guy even still are just mind blowing, I will never understand it.
The INT before the half was the most Carr play ever. Weak, scared of the moment and another red zone INT for the guy with the worst red zone percentage in the league since he's been in it
Don't forget DUMB...that was double covered with another defender in the area as well.
Highly likely to be a pick even if he was clean as a whistle.
The general impotence on third down and in the red zone cannot be hand waived either.
Why did we only have like eight pass plays in the 2nd half? Because we only had like 20 plays total because we were stuck and the only thing going was Jacobs.
