(Since I was traveling these last few weeks)
In the vein of what's cooking with Scotman and Attyla.

As in years past, the 2026 What’s Cookin for Gameday thread. Post each week what you’re having on Gameday, drinks, appetizers etc,

Last year’s turned up some good stuff, so keep these in mind:

* Each week post what you are having for food, aka main dish.
* Appetizers?
* Desert?
* Each week what are you drinking?
* Include what you're having if you're tailgating.
* If you are ordering, what are you ordering?
* Brunch, you name it.

Not sure what that is. If you’re asking about golabki, pronounced goh-wom-bkee then yes. Had to look up the spelling.

Interesting day, making a meatloaf with ground chuck and bison. Sauted the diced onion and yellow bell peppers. Some Dijon in the meat mixture. The topping will pair ketchup with sweet chili sauce and then add in some dark brown sugar, get that really whisked up and then glaze it on top. Should be interesting. First time with this recipe.

Pairing that up with some Mickey ultra to keep my calories under control.
