He's not a bust yet, but he is a disappointment...there's a lot of factors to weigh as to why so I will give him the benefit of the doubt for now.

I'm probably Jeanty's harshest critic here, but he is not a bust yet.

But at the same time I don't think he will be what we expect when he was drafted #6 overall.

Maybe he has a 100 plus yard game today since he called out the Jet defense.

Not a bust yet but he's certainly not even close to living up to his draft spot. We're getting mid round production from the 6 overall pick. He should be closer to game changing status. Instead we have people defending his receiving numbers

Too soon to give up on him. But there's been enough time to say it's highly unlikely that he's going to perform like Adrian Peterson (I didn't want to draft Peterson either).

No burst, zero acceleration in the hole…

Garbage pick as the list is long and distinguished amongst Raider 1st rd picks

Laughable but we should be used to it by now
I bet you’re real fun at parties.

No hindsight with me but I wanted nothing to do with him at 6. Especially the state that this team was/is in. The pick never made any sense to me and yes, while rbs are still certainly valuable, only a team in contenention should be taking one that high. Not a rebuilding team. I was totally fine with any of the olinemen, Graham (who was gone) and Tet as the final option that year

I rarely say that we should move up or down in the draft, but in this case, we really could've moved down and picked up potential difference makers. Or looked at another way, Jeanty was not BPA in that draft.

By now it's pretty clear that the most we'll ever get out of him is solid play only if we get a well oiled O-line. But if we get an O-line that can consistently open big holes, then any NFL RB worth their salt will do well.

We should have moved down that year. We also should have hired a real oline coach that year. There were a lot of things that Pete should have done, but it's really hard to argue with senile people. The best solution is to not put them in a position of power.

It was a Carroll pick. I'm confident Spy-Brady will do better

agree 100 pct ....team sucked, we had a shitload of garbage on the roster and we spent the 6 pick on a rb ...wtf we could have traded down for more picks and filled multiple holes on the team instead of grabbing a rb

If anyone other than Carrol was the coach, I doubt we would have taken him. I don't believe Spy had much control over the draft.

Hard to believeJeanty leads all running backs in receiving. Washington's YPC wasn't much better than Jeanty's in today's game.

Because it's the line, not Jeanty.

Also, how is the best receiving back in the NFL something to sneeze at? That's like saying Charlie Garner wasn't good. Jeanty is better at catching and blocking, the only debate is rushing and I think Jeanty is better.

I hope this isn’t like a permanent demotion

I would like to see both HBs out there at some capacity. Just to mix it up a bit.
